Being at the heart of a village it is our promise to do the utmost for our community and our environment.
We aim to raise environmental awareness amongst our villagers, customers and visitors andcontinually improve our environmental performance through the implementation of the Green Dragon Environmental Standard, Grade Two. We have and will continue to implement an environmental management system to ensure:
- Reduction and prevention of pollution
- Increased energy efficiency
- Ensure local compliance
- Increase recycling
- To increase environmental awareness and responsibility of our customers and guests

Good to know
Cans, glass and cardboard are all removed for recycling and food waste for composting.
Our Coffee House garden has seen the plantation of local plant species of hedges and fruit trees.
All our electric comes from Wind Turbines
Energy saving light bulbs are fitted anywhere possible on our premises.
We’re looking into solar power, air source pumps and PV Cells for electricity & lighting for our future development plans.
