Our team bake and make everyday and everything you see on our cake counter is made by our hands. Jo & Jamie work on the ideas and with Beth, Katie, Johanna & Ralph we make them happen. We only use Wessex flour so we know which farm it all came from and our eggs come from the Black Mountains all of which is available to buy in the shop. We never stop thinking of how to make things more tasty and amazing.
